Pan-fried Steamed Bun Slices.

Prepare a black rice bun

Cut into evenly thick slices for later use
3.
Knock two eggs into a bowl
4.
Add a little salt and cold water and stir well
5.
Dip both sides of the steamed bun slices with egg liquid evenly
6.
Pour salad oil in the pot
7.
Put the slices of steamed buns dipped in egg liquid one by one
8.
Fry on low heat until golden on both sides, drain the oil and serve
Tips:
1: It is best to use leftover steamed buns for fried steamed buns. The leftover steamed buns are firmer, easier to slice, and have less oil absorption.
2: When the steamed buns are put into the pot, the oil temperature should not be too high, just warm the oil, and the whole process should be slow-fried with low heat
