Pan-fried Wild Plaice Fillets
1.
Alaska flounder fillets were taken out of the refrigerator in advance and thawed at room temperature. (I put the whole package in the sink and soaked it with tap water)
2.
Take a pot and put the thawed plaice fillets
3.
Add salt, soy sauce, pepper, chili powder, salt and pepper powder, barbecue ingredients and other seasonings to marinate for 10 minutes to taste
4.
Heat in an electric baking pan, put an appropriate amount of oil, add the fish fillets after a little warming, and lay the fish fillets flat without stacking them.
5.
Cover the electric baking pan and simmer for 1-2 minutes before turning over
6.
Turn carefully with chopsticks, cover, and simmer for 1-2 minutes. If you are afraid of being unfamiliar, you can add a small amount of warm water to simmer.
7.
Add chopped green onion before serving, the plaice fillet absorbs the fragrance of the green onion, and the taste is more beautiful.
8.
A large plate of plaice fillets was eaten up, there are only a few pieces left for me to take a picture.
Tips:
1. The plaice fillets must be marinated with seasoning before frying. The amount of seasoning is increased or decreased according to personal taste.
2. Pay attention to the heat when frying, don't fry it.
