Pan-fried Wonton
1.
Wrap the quick-frozen wontons in advance.
2.
Brush the pan with a little oil and add the wontons.
3.
Fry on low heat until the skin is browned.
4.
Pour in the right amount of water (1/3 of the wonton)
5.
Cover the pot and fry the wontons over low heat.
6.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
7.
Take out the pan and serve.
8.
Served with a bowl of rice wine glutinous rice balls.
