Panzanella Salad

Prepare materials.

Mince garlic, dice tomatoes, and cut dry bread into cubes.

Add plenty of olive oil to dry bread and fry.
4.
To be crispy and golden in color.
5.
Pour into the dish, add tomatoes and minced garlic.

Finally add seasonings to taste.
Tips:
1. You can also add some fresh basil leaves, not too much, just two or three slices.
2. This salad is actually a "good way" to deal with dry bread, because the dry bread in the material is actually "stale bread".
3. Because it is Italian, olive oil and black pepper must be indispensable. I added some Italian black fruit vinegar to taste better~
