Parsley Mixed with Shredded Radish

1. Wash fresh radish and coriander.

2. Grate an appropriate amount of radish, and cut parsley into small pieces.

3. Add appropriate amount of salt, sugar, light soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and chili oil.

4. Mix well and enjoy with hot porridge or steamed buns!

Tips:

1. The radish is better to be crispy.

2. All kinds of radishes can be used for this dish.
