Passion Fruit Kiwi Jam

Remove the passion fruit pulp, peel the kiwi fruit and cut into small cubes, add rock sugar to the pot.

The jam jar is scalded and disinfected with boiling water.

Turn on a low heat and start to cook the jam.

Skim the bubbles.

Cook until the jam thickens and turn off the heat.

Put it into a clean bottle while it is hot, refrigerate after cooling, and eat as soon as possible.
Tips:
Stir frequently throughout the process of cooking jam, and be careful to paste the pot. The amount of sugar increases or decreases according to your taste.
