Passion Jam

Fresh passion fruit cleans the surface
2.
Cut out the pulp and juice from one end. Passion fruit juice is a lot of water, don't cut it in the middle, so as not to spill the juice.

Take the required amount of pulp, there is a lot of juice inside
4.
Cut the pear meat into pieces and put it into the food processor with the rock sugar powder

11.
Sterilize the sealed bottle with boiling water in advance, and put it into the sealed bottle immediately after heat. It can be stored in the refrigerator for several months without breaking, but be careful to eat as soon as possible once the bottle is opened. Because the jam made by myself has no preservatives, it can't be kept for a long time after contact with air.
Tips:
I like the seeds of passion fruit, so I use them whole. If you don’t like the seeds, you can use a food processor to crush them before use.
