I have been eating stuffing delicacies after the year, the boss said that I want to eat noodles, so I just make a pot of pasta sauce and put it in the refrigerator. I can mix it with noodles and eat steamed buns. It’s no problem to cook more at a time and put it in the refrigerator for about a week. It's very convenient, delicious and healthy.

Pasta Sauce

1. Put oil in a hot pan, add minced pork belly and fry until the oil becomes fragrant (if you can eat cooking wine, add 20 grams of cooking wine)

2. Add dried tofu and stir fry until the color changes

3. Add the salt needed for dried tofu, stir-fry until it tastes

4. Add sweet noodle paste, soybean paste, and bean paste, and stir-fry until fragrant

5. Add shredded shiitake mushrooms

6. Oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, pepper, salt for 500 grams of water, stir well

7. Add the mushroom water, boil on high heat and turn to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes

8. Add chicken powder, pour in starch water to thicken

Tips:

If you add broth, the broth is salty, so you don't need to add the salt at the back! You can eat cooking wine and add some cooking wine to stir-fry the meat to taste more delicious!
