Pasta with Snails and Cuttlefish Sauce

1. Wash the snails, pick out the meat, and dry the shell for later use.

2. Heat the oil to the 7th layer, pour the snail shells and stir fry, add soy sauce and rice wine, stir fry, add two bowls of water, boil for 5 minutes, add sugar, collect the juice on high heat

3. When it reaches 1 bowl, add the mantis shrimp, fry it, turn off the heat, decanter the soup and set aside

4. In another pot, boil salt under water, pour the cuttlefish noodles, and pick up on medium-high heat for 9 minutes

5. Heat the snail juice, pour the cuttlefish noodles and stir fry, cover for 30 seconds and take it out of the pan

Tips:

Tips: The snails can't be connected with meat juice, otherwise the snails taste like plastic
