Peanut Sesame Candy
1.
Prepare all the ingredients, I used Fabike nougat to shape it, and put a piece of greased paper on it.
2.
Mix the ground peanuts and sesame seeds evenly.
3.
Pour the sugar and syrup (or maltose syrup) into a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, add a little bit of salt, and heat over a low heat.
4.
Stir gently while heating to dissolve the sugar.
5.
Add vinegar when the sugar darkens.
6.
When you pour the vinegar, there will be a bit of sugar splashes. It's okay to be careful. After you pour the vinegar, continue to stir it, and the color will soon become amber.
7.
Immediately pour the peanuts and sesame seeds into the pot and stir evenly, so that each peanut and sesame seeds are glued with syrup.
8.
Then pour it into the oil-papered nougat pan, and quickly use a rolling pin to compact it, and it must be compacted.
9.
Lift the greased paper, place it on the cutting board, and cut it into small pieces with a sharp knife. Don't wait for the sugar to cool before cutting. It will be much harder to cut.
10.
Keep it cool and store in an airtight box.
