Personally like a delicious snack with simple ingredients and methods! And vegetable shortbread without butter.

Peanut Sesame Crisp (corn Oil Version)

1. Prepare the required materials and weigh them for later use. First, mix the egg liquid, fine sugar, and corn oil evenly (the powdered sugar is best, otherwise you should mix until the granulated sugar particles are no longer visible)

2. Mix flour, baking powder and baking soda through a sieve, pour into the corn oil and egg mixture, and mix evenly with a spatula

3. Add crushed peanuts, sesame seeds and form a dough, don’t knead too much, just form a dough

4. Divide the dough into about 15 grams each and knead into small balls

5. Then put it on the baking tray, flatten it with your thumb, do not brush the egg liquid on the surface, you can put a little peanuts to decorate

6. Preheat the oven, cook the middle layer at 170°C for 20-30 minutes, turn off the heat
