Pear Puff Pastry Tart

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, mash the cookies in a blender, add the hazelnut kernels and melted butter and mix well until smooth

Put the mixture into the mold and press on the bottom and edges

Three pears cored and cut into small pieces

Squeeze the juice from oranges and lemons, chopped cinnamon star anise and cloves, add pears and honey to the pot, add a small amount of water and heat until it boils and simmer for 15 minutes

In a bowl, add chopped almonds, raisins, vanilla pods and a small amount of brandy to the cooked pears, mix well and add them to the cookie-crushed mold

Separate the egg and egg white and egg yolk, beat the egg white, add sugar in batches and continue beating until solid

Spread the whipped egg whites evenly on the surface of the pear cubes and bake for about 10 minutes in a preheated oven
