Pepper and Cucumber

Prepared ingredients (purchased local cucumber)

Pat it with a knife to remove the cucumber seeds.

Peel off the skin and divide it into two (the skin is a bit thick and affects the taste)

Cut into small pieces.

Marinate it with salt and pour it out after the juice comes out.

Add the condiments in a hot pan and saute until fragrant.
7.
Pour in the cucumber cubes.
8.
Stir-fry evenly (fresh pepper is really fragrant)
9.
Add balsamic vinegar and stir fry.
10.
Add light soy sauce and stir fry.
11.
Sprinkle a pinch of sugar and stir fry.
12.
Lift the pot and serve it on the plate.
13.
The pepper is crispy and refreshing.
