Pepper Chicken

Put the chicken legs into a pot with cold water, add green onion knots, ginger slices, star anise and bay leaves, boil over high heat to remove the foam, and cook for another 20 minutes. If you use a whole chicken, cook for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 30 minutes

Cut some more chilli, millet, spicy and minced garlic

After the chicken is cooked, strain a part of the chicken broth and cook for 15 minutes

Drumsticks or whole chicken is boiled and put in ice water to cool down

Tips:
1. The sauce can be more salty, and the final product can be stored in the refrigerator for a few hours before eating more delicious
2. You can use yellow lemons, or use vinegar if you don’t have one, it’s the same.
