Pomegranate Sparkling Wine

Peel the seeds of pomegranate

Sprinkle half a pomegranate seed into an ice tray and freeze into ice cubes

Juice the remaining one and a half pomegranate to get about 150ml pomegranate juice

One lemon sliced, one lemon peeled

Juice the peeled lemon

Mix pomegranate juice, lemon juice and syrup

Put pomegranate ice cubes, lemon slices, raspberries, mint, and edible rose petals (for garnish) in a large glass pot

Pour champagne
9.
Pour the pomegranate juice and mix well
