Pomelo Juice Honey Cream

Peel the grapefruit to remove the core and leave the pulp for later use

Wash ginger, diced and mashed

Put the crushed ginger into a gauze bag and squeeze out the ginger juice

Pour the grapefruit into the juicer to squeeze the juice

Filter the squeezed grapefruit juice

Pour the filtered grapefruit juice into a casserole and fry until thick
