Pomelo Tea

Get all the materials ready

Rinse the grapefruit peel with water first, rub it with salt, then rinse off, and then use a knife to peel off the grapefruit skin. Be sure to peel it thinly. Only the yellow layer is needed, because the white part will be a bit bitter.

Rub the grapefruit peel with salt, and then rinse it off with water. Then soak in salt water for more than an hour, you can soak for a longer time (I soaked for one night)

Take it out and rinse it with clean water. After washing, you can rub it vigorously, and then soak it in salt water for more than ten minutes, and then rinse. This step can be repeated several times, because it can remove the sour and astringent taste of grapefruit.

Take out the soaked grapefruit peel, put it in a pot and boil it in salt water for ten minutes, then take it out and rinse it off with water;

Cut the rinsed grapefruit peel into small pieces about 1 cm

Soak in clean water for ten minutes or more;

After boiled and thickened, pour out and let cool

After cooling, add honey and stir evenly to make honey grapefruit tea.
Put it in an airtight container, put it in the refrigerator, and eat it after a week. With the infiltration of honey, the taste will become sweeter and sweeter.
Tips:
1. The boiled grapefruit sauce must be allowed to cool before adding honey;
2. The pomelo honey in the airtight bottle must be put in the refrigerator for refrigeration.
