Poplar Branch Nectar
1.
Prepare the materials.
2.
Prepare the ingredients (there are two melons and fresh meat, hahahaha~~).
3.
Don’t soak the sago in advance. When the water is boiled, add the sago and cook for about 12 minutes on medium heat. Stir the sago from time to time when you cook the sago to prevent the sago from sticking to the pot;
4.
When the sago is boiled until white spots are left, turn off the heat and cover for another 10 minutes.
5.
After 10 minutes, the sago is completely transparent. Use a sieve to remove the sago;
6.
Rinse with cold boiled water, wash away the sticky gum, drain the water, the granular sago is more obvious.
7.
Most of the mango pulp is taken off and ready to be used as a puree;
8.
Cut the remaining half into pellets for later use;
9.
Peel the grapefruit, take out the pulp and disassemble it for later use.
10.
Put the undiced mango pulp into the blender, add coconut milk and evaporated milk and beat evenly into mango coconut milk;
11.
Put all ingredients in the refrigerator and put them in a bowl before eating. Add mango coconut milk and sago;
12.
Garnish with other diced mangoes and add appropriate amount of red grapefruit pulp on top.
13.
The sweetness of mango meets the sourness of grapefruit, the fragrant and soft coconut milk is mixed with the rich fruity sweetness, and the sago with a refreshing taste collides happily in the mouth, which is irresistible!
Tips:
1. If you don’t like the sour taste of grapefruit, you can use ordinary grapefruit instead. The taste is also good, but the color is not as good as grapefruit.
2. It is not recommended to replace coconut milk and evaporated milk with milk, otherwise the taste and taste will be completely different
3. The most important point is that it must be stored in the Midea smart refrigerator for 1 hour before eating. The taste is particularly good.
