Potato and Beef

Wash potatoes and cut into pieces, slice onions, boil a small amount of salad oil in a frying pan and sauté over medium heat;

Put it in a saucepan, add water, soy sauce, sugar, miso;

When potatoes 8 are ripe, add sliced beef;

According to personal preference, add the green onions, and then let it be stuffed for 1 or 2 minutes before serving.
Tips:
Seasoned miso has bonito extract, kelp extract, and the unique umami flavor of Japanese style. You can also use ほんだし instead.
