This dish is one of the appetizers my mother-in-law learned in the Italian cooking course. It is simple and fresh. It is especially suitable for preparing some friends at home, because it allows you to spend very little time to give guests a big surprise. Oh~!"

Prosciutto Ham and Cheese Roll

1. Scrape a whole lemon zest

2. Add cheese and stir well

3. Pour in olive oil and stir well

4. Add salt and pepper and stir well

5. Put a piece of ham, and put a spoonful of freshly stirred cheese on it

6. Just roll it up as shown in the picture. If you need to prepare in advance, dip the ham roll in olive oil, seal it, and refrigerate it for later use~!
