Risotto with Raw Ham

Ingredients: raw ham, salami, short grain rice, onion, seasoning (milk, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, saffron, olive oil, salt).

Finely chop salami and onion.

Add olive oil to the pot, and fry the chopped salami and onion until it tastes good.

Add uncooked rice and stir fry evenly.
5.
Add water to the pot, and at the same time add the right amount of salt and safflower.

Cook the rice on medium heat for 15 minutes, then change to low heat for another 5 minutes. During cooking, place the raw ham in a bowl covered with plastic wrap as shown in the figure below.

After the rice is cooked, add the Parmesan cheese according to personal taste, mix well, and then put the rice into a bowl of raw ham.

Wrap the risotto with raw ham and place it upside down on a plate.

Heat the milk in a pot, add the cream cheese, and stir it thoroughly until smooth and without lumps.
10.
Tear off the plastic wrap on the raw ham risotto and pour the white sauce on it.
