Pumpkin Pigeon Buns

Divide the pumpkin dough into equal portions. Then knead into a round dough, cover with plastic wrap and wake for 10 minutes.

Knead the dough into long strips with thick ends and thin middle.

Tie the long strip into a knot and the shape of the pigeon will be obtained.

Crimping the tail, and then creasing with a knife to press out the texture of the pigeon tail.

Use red beans for the eyes, and then pinch out a small mouth. The pigeon is ready.

The finished pigeons are placed in a warm place for a second fermentation for 15 minutes.

Bring the water to a boil in the pot, steam it on high heat for 10 minutes, then let it sit for 3 minutes, then lift the lid out. Pumpkin pigeon buns are ready.
