Pumpkin Sticky Rice

Prepare the ingredients, soak the two kinds of glutinous rice in water in advance for at least 2 hours

Use a knife to make a mark on the pumpkin

Draw a flower knife along the pressed mark
4.
Dig out the pumpkin flesh

Put the soaked rice, jujube, and rock sugar into the pumpkin, and add enough water

Cover the cut pumpkin on top and steam for 50 minutes in a steamer

The glutinous rice is nice and delicious, the pumpkin is soft and the rice is sweet
Tips:
1. Soak glutinous rice in advance for at least 2 hours
2. Sufficient water should be added to the inside, otherwise the rice grains will be easily trapped
3. The steaming time should be adjusted appropriately according to the size of the pumpkin
