Radish Balls

Salt the radish for half an hour after shredded.

Dice green onion and ginger.
3.
The radish will produce juice after marinating for half an hour. After removing some of the juice, add flour, pepper, salt, chives, eggs, and ginger.

Stir well.
5.
Roll into small balls.
6.
Pour in the oil for 7 minutes and add the meatballs to fry.
7.
Fry until golden brown and remove and serve.
Tips:
The white radish can also make delicious radish balls.
