To make red bean paste, first cook red beans in a pressure cooker, there will always be some red bean water, which is a pity. Every time I make red bean syrup with some cooked red beans. This time I changed my tricks and added some horseshoe flour to make red bean cake. The finished red bean cake is soft and has a QQ taste, which children love to eat. The weight of the red beans given here is the cooked red bean water plus the weight of the red beans.

1. This is the red bean water and red beans cooked in a pressure cooker. The ratio of red bean water to red bean is as you like

2. Prepare a large bowl of red bean water and cooked red beans is about 380 grams

3. Put the horseshoe powder into the basin

4. Add 420 grams of water and stir evenly into a raw slurry

5. Red bean water and red beans are served in a milk pot

6. Add brown sugar

9. Add 2 scoops of raw milk to the red bean syrup

10. Stir well again

12. Put hot water on the pot, spoon 3 spoons into the dish

13. Steam for about 2 to 3 minutes for each layer, add another layer after setting

14. Steam the last layer for about 10 minutes

15. After steaming, let cool some easy to cut

Tips:

Steam each layer for about 3 minutes. However, the steaming time should be determined according to the thickness of each layer. Anyway, it is condensed to add a layer.
