Red Dates, Yam and Egg Steamed Cake

Peel the yam and slice it.

The yam and eggs are put into a cooking machine and pureed.
3.
Put an appropriate amount of red dates and peanut butter on the mashed yam and mix well.
4.
Pour the yam puree into a container and steam it for 20 minutes. Let cool, demould and cut to complete.
