Refreshing Mustard

Ingredients: pickled mustard. (Buy in the supermarket)

Cut green onions.
3.
Wash the mustard tuber and cut into strips.
4.
Put it in water and soak for a while to remove the salty taste.

Soak it until the salty taste you like is taken out, squeeze out the water, and put it in a bowl.

Put the chopped green onion in a bowl, add sesame oil and monosodium glutamate.

Mix well and serve.

If you like spicy food, add chili oil or chili noodles.
