I like food, I like to cook, I think this is the life, is the love of life...
I like wild mountain treasures, they are always available at home, and they are used to make soup or cook other favorite dishes from time to time...
Wild shiitake mushrooms are rich in nutrients and increasingly scarce. Many people around me have eaten shiitake mushrooms, but they have never eaten wild shiitake mushrooms. In fact, the "fragrance" and nutrition of wild shiitake mushrooms are not as good as ordinary shiitake mushrooms. You know it after you eat it!
The first time I wrote a recipe, many of them were not perfect... Let's make do with it.

3. Wash the black-bone chicken (small hen) and chop small pieces for later use. Chicken under cold water, skim off the foam when the water is boiled, and add rice wine and ginger cubes. After the high fire has boiled, turn to a low fire for about 1 hour.
