Roasted Chicken with Bamboo Fungus Egg

Wash the bamboo fungus eggs and cut into small pieces for later use, and cut the chicken into small pieces for later use.

Put the oil in the pan, add the shallots, garlic slices, and ginger slices when the oil is hot and fry until fragrant, then add the sliced chicken pieces and fry them until cooked.

Then add the chopped bamboo fungus eggs and fry a few times, add salt and pepper to taste. Add in the roast until the meat is tender and ready to be out of the pan.

Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
Tips:
The bamboo fungus egg has a natural muddy smell. If you are not used to eating it, you can dig out the black soil-like part (the unfinished mature bamboo fungus spores are very good for cellular immunity).
