It was purely accidental.
I happened to see this roast beef jerky, and I immediately decided to make the 2 taels of yak meat that I had saved for some time into beef jerky, and immediately started. Anyway, the original plan was on the verge of lingering and giving up. 2 Two yak meat is not much, it is suitable for a small amount of try, if the pot is smashed, it will not lose much. It's just that the space of such a bit of meat in the oven is wide, and the capacity of the air fryer is just right. 2 Two pieces of meat, sparsely and densely separated, basically covered with bottom. At the end of the roasting, the beef shrank unexpectedly, and the space that seemed to be just right at the end turned out to be extremely empty. . .
Very dry and very fragrant. . .

In view of the fact that the amount of condiments used in 100 grams of meat is very small, it is not convenient to measure, and the amount of 500 grams of meat is still entered as required. "
