Rolled Shrimp Polenta

Thaw the shrimps and soak them in light salt water for 10 minutes to remove the flavour;

Defrost corn and green beans at room temperature, and dice carrots;

Put the shrimps in a bowl, add 1/4 tsp of refined salt, 1/4 tsp of pepper, 1/2 tsp of corn starch, 1/2 tsp of cooking wine, pickle and marinate, let stand for 10 minutes;

At this time, free up your hands to blanch the corn, green beans and carrots;

In a small pot, put about 1 large bowl of white porridge, pour in corn, green beans and carrots, add 1/3 tsp of salt and 1/4 tsp of pepper, stir and bring to a boil;

Pour in the shrimps, wait for about 30 seconds, stir, cook until the shrimps are broken, out of the pot, sprinkle a few drops of sesame oil and 1 handful of chopped green onion on the porridge, stir slightly while eating, OK.
Tips:
After thawing the ice wash with shrimps, it is best to soak in light salt water for 10 to 20 minutes to remove the smell of snow.
