Crystal Clear Loofah Fried Shrimp

Peel the loofah, cut in half and cut diagonally as shown

Put a teaspoon of salt and stir well to prevent the loofah from oxidizing

Wash the shrimps and drain the water, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes

Heat the oil in a pot over high heat, and beat 2 eggs into the pot

Stir-fry for about half a minute and you can serve it for later use

Continue to put oil in the pan to fry the shrimp

Stir-fry the shrimp over high heat until the shrimp becomes clear, serve, and wash the pan with boiling water

After washing the pot, add oil and garlic and stir

Pour the loofah and stir-fry for 1 minute

Turn to low heat, pour the fried shrimps and eggs, and start seasoning: add half a teaspoon of salt, a little sugar, white pepper and monosodium glutamate

Stir-fry evenly over high heat, and finally add an appropriate amount of gorgon (about 1/3 of a small bowl is enough)
12.
Stir evenly and you can get out of the pot
