Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodles

Fried noodles, cut cooked meat and squid, and other ingredients.

Add five tablespoons of oil, mash the garlic over medium heat and sauté until fragrant. Beat the eggs and stir-fry quickly.

Add four bowls of water, half a grain of shiitake mushroom extract, and all seasonings to a boil.

The bottom noodles, prawns, leeks, and bean sprouts, cover, cook on high heat for about three to four minutes, open the cover and stir-fry the ingredients well and serve.
Tips:
When we eat this fried noodles, we will squeeze a bit of lime juice on the noodles, and then dip a bit of our special spicy sauce. It is really delicious. Remember not to boil the soup to dry, this fried noodles are delicious only with the soup.
