Rose Flower Meringue

Squeeze the lemon juice into the egg whites, just four or five drops.

Add the fine granulated sugar in a medium-to-high-grade blend in 3 times until the meringue is sharp and won't bend down.

Pour milk powder, starch, and strawberry powder into the meringue paste and mix evenly. No powder is visible.

The piping bag is cut and put on the piping mouth and filled with meringue paste. Spread greased paper on the baking tray and squeeze the meringue paste into the baking tray evenly.

Put it in the oven, select the hot air baking mode, 90 degrees, bake for 60 minutes and then take it out.
