Rose Honey Vinegar

For the roses I planted, I deliberately picked some unopened buds. The unopened rose essential oil does not emit, and the fragrance is hidden inside, which is especially suitable for soaking vinegar. After the rose is washed, it is dried to clean the residual moisture.

Put the roses in a sterilized bottle, pour in white vinegar and marinate for one day. I use a lot of roses that I grow, and the roses are packed in a bottle

One day later, pour the honey, cover and continue to marinate in the shade.

After soaking for 5-7 days, it can be washed with water. I can't wait to pour it out after 5 days. The color is very beautiful. When you drink it, you can dilute it with rice vinegar and water at a ratio of 1:10. The sweet and sour is full of rose fragrance.

If the marinating time is long, the nutrition of the rose can dissolve more into the rice vinegar. I marinated the rest there for more than 2 months, the taste is stronger, but the color is lost, and the romantic red of the rose is also found. Not anymore. Haha, fortunately, it tastes very good. In addition to drinking, it is also great to mix cold dishes with it, especially for dishes such as lotus root, which is directly mixed with this honey vinegar, the taste is amazing
