Rose Apple Cider Vinegar
1.
Buy fresh roses with unopened buds, tear off the two petals on the surface, as long as the center is clean.
2.
Rice vinegar should choose 3.5-4 degrees vinegar, otherwise it will be too sour.
3.
Boil the dried roses with boiling water to drain
4.
Wash the apples, wash the skin with a handful of salt, and cut into thin slices.
5.
A layer of apples and a layer of rock sugar and a few roses are arranged until they are full. Pour rice vinegar and soak over the surface of the apple.
6.
Put it in a dark place and wait for two weeks after the slag is removed. You can drink it. When drinking it, add 3-4 times cold water to make it taste better after being chilled.
