Salmon with Guacamole

Take a pan, pour olive oil into the pan, add the marinated salmon cubes when the oil is 60% hot, with the skin facing down, add thyme and fry together, cover and simmer for 1 minute, turn the salmon over and simmer again 1 minute

Serve with 【Ricos Butter Sauce】 and cherry radish. Depending on personal taste, you can add some soy sauce.
