Shallots, chopped green onions, minced garlic, red pepper slices. (It's ideal to use fresh red peppers. I only have dry drops in my house, so I will just drop it)

Cut the white fish fillet to an appropriate length, and then cut it straight with the first knife without cutting, leaving 0.5 meters of the fish meat, and then cutting it with the second knife.

Heat a little oil, add the fish fillets and fry until slightly yellow. Turn on high heat to force out the oil and remove.

Re-control the oil of the fish fillets.

Tips:
You don’t need to use too much oil for fried fish fillets, just enough for frying. Because the oil will become thicker after frying, a little bit of crunchy powder will remain in the oil.
