Salted Goose Lao Tofu

The salted goose is soaked, washed, and cooked; the old tofu is cut into rectangular slices and blanched in water to remove the stale taste.

Put salted goose chunks, old tofu, green onion knots, ginger slices, cooking wine, salted goose soup in a pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer on low heat until tasty, add salt and monosodium glutamate, and bring to a boil.
