Salted Peanuts

On Sunday, I took my daughter to pick the purple peanuts that were shaved in the garden.

Peanuts are thoroughly cleaned and there is a lot of sediment.

Pinch a small mouth for easy tasting. (Hehe, mainly because there are not many peanuts, I am fine when I am idle, and you can ignore this step if you find it troublesome)

Add appropriate amount of water (I use electric pressure cooker) to the pot, add peanuts, pepper, star anise and salt and press for 15 minutes.

After pressing it, let it simmer for three hours before serving.
