Ingredients

Salted Spanish Mackerel

1. Wash salted mackerel to control the moisture, and slice

2. Add less flour to the cold water to melt, add boiling water to let it cool

3. When the water is not hot, add flour to wake up for a while

4. Pour oil into the electric cake gear

5. Put the cut Spanish mackerel in the batter that has been awake and turn it over

6. Put the battered fish into the pancake stall

7. When one side is golden, turn the other side, wait for two years to be golden, then put it on the plate

Tips:

Pour the oil into the pancake gear and then put the fish in it. Don’t wait for the oil to heat up and it will become mushy
