Steamed Salted Fish

Ingredients: Salted Spanish Mackerel

Accessories: cooking wine, light soy sauce, green onions, ginger, red pepper (missed)

Chop the salted fish into pieces and soak in water for about 2 hours

Chop the green onion and ginger

Wash the soaked fish pieces, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, green onions, and ginger. Mix it well

Put it in a steamer and steam for 20 minutes

Take it out and put it on a plate, add red pepper to garnish and serve
Tips:
When soaking, be sure to observe frequently, to be just right. If the soaking time is too long, the salty taste will be lost, and it will be even more unpalatable.
