Salty and Delicious---stewed Beef with Peanut Sauce

Soak peanuts in water overnight.

Soaked peanuts, washed soybeans.

Soak the beef in clean water for 1 hour, then cut into large pieces and blanch them in boiling water.

The onion, ginger, and garlic are ready.

Add a proper amount of oil to the pot, first add dried chili, pepper, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, fry slowly over a low fire to get the fragrance, and then add rock sugar to fry.
