Braised Beef Noodles

Cut the beef into pieces and blanch it to remove the blood, drain and set aside

Fry the fragrant green onions, star anise and bay leaves in a frying pan, add beef and stir-fry until slightly charred, then add the bean paste and continue to fry, then pour into the pressure cooker

Add hot water without beef to the pot, cook for 20 minutes, open the lid and add salt to taste after the pressure cooker has degassed

Boil the ramen in a small pot, boil hot water, remove it and set aside, then boil a pot of blanched lettuce and green broccoli, then put it into a noodle bowl, pour the beef broth and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
