Satay Beef Skewers

Tear the beef strips, don't gather them together;

Put all the seasonings, 1 tablespoon of minced ginger, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and 2 tablespoons of minced onion into a large bowl;

Stir evenly;

Put the beef into the seasoning bowl and gently stir with your hands to mix evenly;

Put the beef into the box along the strips to taste it overnight, and then soak the bamboo skewers;

Use bamboo sticks to wear the meat in the shape of "hanging". After wearing a piece of meat, wear a piece of onion. Don't wear it too tightly. Wear it again and again;

Put the worn skewers on the old baking tray, preheat the oven to 400°F, put the skewers into the baking phase and bake for about 20-23 minutes after the oven is preheated;

Bake as shown in the picture, and the meat is ready for consumption just after cooking.
Tips:
1. In order to emphasize the taste of Shacha, the real Shacha sauce is added when marinating the meat strips;
2. If fresh lemongrass is not prepared, use lemongrass powder instead;
3. The bamboo skewers should be soaked in advance, sometimes the water soaked out is yellow, so change the water from time to time;
4. Don't dress the meat too tightly, otherwise it will be tightly packed and unevenly heated, and it will not be easy to cook inside;
5. Onions are a good choice for grilling. They are especially fragrant. Purple onions, white onions and yellow onions are not distinguished. You can roast whatever you have at home, without being too particular about it.
