Sausage Egg Roll

Beat the eggs into a bowl and set aside the sausages.

Add salt to the egg and drop a few drops of lemon juice to remove the fishy smell and increase the fragrance.

Add five spice powder.

Stir evenly and add starch.

Stir thoroughly again and set aside.

Put the sausage in the steamer and steam for 5 minutes.

Spread a little cooking oil in the frying pan, pour a spoonful of egg liquid, turn the pan evenly.

Fry on low heat until the sausage is almost set.

Roll it up from one end and fry it for a minute or two, cut it into sections, or drizzle with tomato sauce to enjoy it!

Tips:
The recipe uses Jenny's delicacy tuna + salmon combination children's sausage, real ingredients, healthy and zero added! There is no lemon juice in the egg liquid, you can also put a little white vinegar instead.
