Sauteed Chestnut Rice Scallops

Marinating the scallops: Wash the scallops and marinate them with salt, black pepper and a little olive oil for about 20 minutes.

Sauteing the scallops: Start the frying pan, add the garlic and onion diced to saute, add the seasoned scallops, and fry until the sides are slightly yellowed~

Placing: Leave a little extra oil to stir-fry the corn kernels. Sprinkle some corn kernels on the Fan Libei, and finally garnish with a little parsley.
