Sauteed Pearl Oysters

Wash the pearl oysters and measure dry for later use.

Cut the ginger slices and set aside the coriander.
3.
Mix the sugar, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water to make the sauce and set aside.
4.
Take the sliced ginger and stir-fry the pearl oyster.
5.
Add cooking wine and stir fry.
6.
Add light soy sauce and stir fry.
7.
Add coriander and cover for 1 minute.
8.
Add the sauce and fry together and serve.
