Scallion Pork Pot Stickers

Equipped with dumpling wrappers (you make the dough thinner, and the taste will be better, I don’t have round dough, so I just use the dumpling wrappers I bought)

Prepare the filling minced meat, add coriander, salt, monosodium glutamate and a little light soy sauce, mix well

Put the right amount of minced meat on each dumpling skin

Just stick some water on one side and stick on both sides (this kind of potsticker wrapping method is still seen from others), so that the sticking will not spread out

Brush some oil in the pan, code the wrapped pot stickers, and fry on medium-low heat until the bottom is slightly yellow, about 1-2 minutes

Add water to the middle of the pot stickers (I used starch water, which will make the bottom crunchy. You can try this). Bring to a boil and turn to a low heat.

When the water is almost harvested, sprinkle some chopped green onions on it (you need to cover it, otherwise it won’t be fragrant)
8.
Just serve it out at the end
Tips:
In fact, I like to eat vegetable fillings. I can add whatever dishes I like. There are no special rules.
