One piece of noodles left over from making dumplings during the Chinese New Year, 1 sea cucumber, a few spinach (only leaves), and 1 green onion.

Roll the dough into a blockbuster.

Fold up.

Cut into noodles.

Prepare all the ingredients. Blanch the spinach with boiling water.

Heat a pan and add some oil to fry the chopped green onion.
